Brandon is right. No one person can completely defend or completely prevent themselves from Identity Theft. When we are required to give so much personal information to others in order to protect ourselves from Identity Theft, we still allow ourselves to be unprotected. There aren't any real ways that we know of now to completely protect our identities, but we do know how to defend against attacks. Insurance is now available to help those who fall victim to Identity Theft. We all need to protect ourselves to the best of our ability.
